About

Many people talk about putting their clients first, but Karen truly does. She works closely with her clients at every stage of the process so that they can feel confident and make well-informed decisions.

Karen has held her real estate licence since 2010 and since then has built up a business that is largely referral-based. Every time Karen receives a referral, she takes it as a huge compliment.

She has also developed a strong strategy for marketing her clients’ homes. This is something she is constantly honing, adding new resources, such as social media and e-newsletters, to traditional ones, such as newspaper ads (in both local and foreign publications).

It is her aim to handle as many details of the real estate process as possible, so that her clients don’t have to. This way, they enjoy a stress-free positive experience of buying or selling a home.

Giving back to the community is very important to Karen, who is an active supporter of Peace Arch Hospital (where her two daughters were born). In addition to volunteering her time at the hospital, Karen donates a portion of every deal there, too.

Deeply a part of the White Rock community, Karen has lived in the area since 1973. She originally moved here with her parents, but chose to stay and raise her only family here. Those local roots are a real asset for anyone buying or selling real estate in the area.

You need only read Karen’s testimonials to get a feel for the relationships she builds with her clients.
